First Lady Michelle Obama has made the cover of Vogue's March issue. Obama is only the second First Lady (Hillary Clinton is the first) to land the cover. Every First Lady since Lou Hoover in 1929, with a couple of exceptions, has appeared inside Vogue, according to USA Today. Bess Truman is one exception; Jackie Kennedy opted for a drawing by René Bouche instead of a photo.
