Cover Controversy: W Magazine and Demi Moore's Hip

W Magazine is the latest magazine to face criticism for a poor job of photo-editing. The offense this time around is actress Demi Moore's left hip on the cover of W's December issue. As many bloggers have noted,it appears that Moore's left hip is missing.

Jezebel.com reports that a spokesperson for W said the magazine "did not do anything unusual or out of the ordinary" to the photo and that "Demi is an extraordinary beautiful woman and we feel our cover reflects that."

Though we're not surprised W magazine's editors altered the photo, we are surprised this version made the cover. What do you think, is W's cover as bad as the bloggers say?
