Time Magazine Picks Best Magazine Covers of 2009

At the top of Time magazine's "10 Best Magazine Covers" is New York magazine's Feb. 22 issue depicting Bernie Madoff as "The Joker." Also on the list is The New Yorker's groundbreaking June 1 cover that features an image illustrated on an iPhone app. Other covers on the list come from Texas Monthly, W magazine and Interview magazine's 40th anniversary issue featuring "New Moon" actress Kristen Stewart. This is one heck of a good cover, but they could have gone more Heath Ledger Joker than Danny DeVito one (just coz the newer is crazier).
