New Magazine for Cancer Support and Survivors Launches

SPOT ON media and LIVESTRONG (a part of the Lance Armstrong Foundation) are publishing a new cancer survivor and support magazine called LIVESTRONG Quarterly. The magazine is distributed online, in print, and print-on-demand. Each issue of LIVESTRONG Quarterly highlights individuals battling cancer, support groups for the disease, as well as cancer resources. The first issue features swimmer Eric Shanteau's heartfelt story about his diagnosis right before he reached the Beijing Olympics in 2008. The magazine is sponsored by Genentech and the Mayo Clinic.
